Product Specifications
1. All of our Kaleera products are handcrafted by SBP Fashion artisans using intricate techniques. Some variations in size or detail may occur compared to the product images shown on the website. These differences are natural and may be influenced by factors beyond our control.
2. Due to technical limitations, the colors or details of the product may appear differently on your device. We cannot guarantee that the colors or images displayed on your screen will exactly match the product in real life. SBP Fashion is not responsible for any discrepancies in product appearance caused by these factors.
Returns for Damaged Items
1. SBP Fashion reserves the right to deny return requests that are deemed excessive or unreasonable.
2. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at sbpfashion.km@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. Be sure to include photographs showing the issue, and our team will assist you in resolving it promptly.
Terms and Conditions for Non-Refundable Orders
1. Orders shipped via Speed Post cannot be refunded.
2. Orders delivered to neighbors, security guards, receptions, or letterboxes are not eligible for refunds.
3. Processed orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Orders refused by the recipient are non-refundable.
5. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed.
Eligible for Return
1. Kaleeras and other customized items are not eligible for return unless there is an issue that occurred during shipping that affected the product’s condition.
2. Worn, washed, or used products cannot be returned.
3. Products sold as part of a combo/set are non-returnable as individual items.
4. Customized products are not eligible for returns.
5. Please note that claims for receiving a damaged product cannot be processed without an unboxing video provided by the customer.
6. You can request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- If the product is faulty or defective.
- If the product is physically damaged.
- If you received a different product than what was ordered.
